Rosie -you can link to this site. No problem.
To get a video from youtube, just copy the embed code (on the youtube site at the right hand side of the video you like) and then paste it into your own post --the key is you have to be in the HTML Edit mode when you compose your post. It's one of the two option tabs at the top of the box where you type the body of your post.
